Resistance Band Workout
Over the summer, I bought some resistance bands and found that they provide a serious workout! Here are some of my favorite exercises to do with them. Do them all together for a full workout, or pick and choose which ones you want to do. I've included a video of them, rather than typing out long and confusing instructions.
Two things to keep in mind:
- I recommend 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise
- Squeeze everything! The more resistance you put against the band, the more it works
